Quality policy

MEDEN Healthcare is committed to supplying safe and effective medical devices, in line with its customers’ requirements and the applicable regulatory framework. To this end, the company:

• Works only with manufacturers that hold CE marking and a certified quality management system.
• Applies good distribution practice throughout the chain: receipt, storage, handling and delivery.
• Ensures full traceability of every device (reference code, lot number, expiry date).
• Handles every complaint, vigilance incident and recall promptly, in cooperation with the manufacturer and the competent authorities (report an incident).
• Trains its staff continuously and regularly evaluates the effectiveness of its quality management system.

Anti-bribery policy

MEDEN Healthcare prohibits bribery in any form, direct or indirect, by or to any person, in the public and private sectors. In particular, the company:

• Does not offer, promise or accept money, gifts, hospitality or other benefits that could influence a decision.
• Complies with Greek law and industry codes of conduct governing relations with healthcare professionals.
• Carries out due diligence on partners, suppliers and agents.
• Encourages good-faith reporting of concerns, without fear of retaliation.

Privacy policy

The details you send us through the site’s forms (name, organisation, email, phone, message) are used solely to respond to your enquiry. They are not sold or passed to third parties for marketing purposes.

Form submissions are received through the site’s hosting provider, which acts on our behalf solely to deliver them.
